Refund eligibility

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and unused credit purchases reported within 7 days are eligible for review. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because processing costs are incurred immediately.

How to request a refund

Email support@decomp.dev with your workspace email, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
