Privacy policy
Decomp processes account information, API usage metadata, and documents you submit to provide the service. Documents are used only to perform requested template creation and extraction.
What we collect
Contact and billing details, authentication records, request metadata, submitted documents, generated schemas, and service diagnostics.
Support chat
The optional Atomic Support widget stores its session and any email you provide in your browser, and sends only your chat messages, email, and conversation identifier to the support service when you use it.
How we use data
To operate, secure, support, meter, and improve the platform; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit. Provider secrets are encrypted at rest. Deleting a template removes its sample documents, processing jobs, and extraction history.
